How will I receive my digital download?
Your files will be available to download instantly, once the order has been completed. They will also be sent to you via the email address provided.

Your files will be available to download instantly, once the order has been completed.
Where can I find the download link(s)?
The download link(s) will be available to you upon completion. You will also be able the link(s) in your email confirmation.
If you are unable to find the files or delete the original, please contact us and our team will assist you.
I didn't receive my download email - what should I do?
Download emails can take up to 10 minutes after purchase to arrive, with the wait time being longer during busy periods. If the email does not arrive, contact us and our team will be able to assist you.
Usage & Limits
Is there a limit as to how many times I can download the file(s)?
No. Once your purchase is complete, you can download the files as many times and on as many devices as you want.
Can I re-download if I lose my files?
Yes! Your download links do not expire, so you can download the files as many times as you wish.
How many devices can I use my download on?
You can download the files on to however many devices you want. There is no limit.
Do I need an internet connection to download my files?
Yes. You will need an internet connection to receive the download email, however, the actual download links do not require a internet connection in order to work.
Licensing & Restrictions
Can I share my download(s) with my family?
No. You are not permitted to share the content contained in your downloads, as the master recordings belong to Amy and Jamie Entertainment Group, who prohibit this from happening.
Am I allowed to use the file(s) for public projects, commercial projects, school work or any other public-facing project?
No — our digital downloads are provided for personal use only. This means you can enjoy them privately on your own devices, but they cannot be used in public-facing projects (including school work, videos, commercial projects, or social media uploads).
If you're interested in licensing the music for a project, please contact us directly.
Are these download(s) for personal-use only?
Yes. You are not permitted to distribute the material you download, or sell it for commercial gain.
Payments & Refunds
Are digital downloads refundable?
Yes. You may request a refund within 14 days of the order being placed.
We will not issue a refund if:
- any part of your order has been downloaded
- you decide you don't want the product anymore
- you realise after purchase that your system(s) cannot play the files provided
- files have been altered, shared or misused
What should I do if I purchased the same download twice?
If you realise you have ordered the same download twice, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
Please ensure that you do not download the files in the duplicated order - if files are downloaded, we are unable to issue a refund.
What is the digital delivery fee included in the price?
The digital delivery fee is a company-applied charge that helps us cover the cost of securely storing and delivering your audio files.
